2. About Casa Mama and the Nature of Our Services

Casa Mama offers traditional and ancestral postpartum wellness support rooted in Mexican healing traditions,

including sobada de matriz, womb care, rebozo sessions, cerrar la cadera, and herbal preparations. These

offerings are forms of traditional and cultural wellness support. They are not medical treatment, nursing care,

midwifery, physical therapy, or massage therapy, and Casa Mama practitioners do not act as licensed massage

therapists.

Nothing on this Site creates a practitioner-client, dietitian-patient, or any other professional relationship. A

professional relationship is established only through a completed intake process, signed informed consent, and

a scheduled session.

3. No Medical Advice

All content on this Site — including blog articles, service descriptions, product information, and social media

content — is provided for general informational and educational purposes only. It is not intended to diagnose,

treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition, and it is not a substitute for individualized advice, diagnosis,

or treatment from your physician, midwife, or other qualified healthcare provider.

Always consult your healthcare provider before beginning any new wellness practice, bodywork, or herbal

product, particularly during pregnancy, postpartum recovery, or while breastfeeding. Never disregard

Casa Mama offers handcrafted herbal preparations, including teas, sitz bath blends, and body oils. These

statements and products have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. These

products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Herbal products may not be appropriate for all individuals. Consult your healthcare provider before use,

especially if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication, or managing a health condition. Discontinue

5. Booking, Cancellations, and Session Policies

Sessions may be booked through this Site. By booking, you agree to complete any required intake forms and

informed consent documents before your session. Certain services are available only after appropriate

postpartum clearance timelines, which will be confirmed during intake.

We ask for at least [24/48] hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a session. Cancellations with less notice, or

no-shows, may be subject to a fee of %50 of total or forfeiture of the session. Home visits are

available for select services only, within our service area, as described on the Site.

6. Gift Sets, Vouchers, and Refunds

Herbal gift sets and products: Due to the personal-care nature of our products, all sales are final, or returns accepted within 7 days if unopened. Shipping timelines and costs are described at checkout.

Session vouchers: Vouchers are redeemable for the service stated at purchase, subject to scheduling

availability and applicable postpartum clearance timelines. Vouchers are transferable and expire

60-90 days from the date of purchase (based on package/service purchased) unless otherwise required by law. If a purchased service becomes unavailable, Casa Mama will offer a comparable service or a refund of the voucher purchase price.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, blog articles, product formulations

descriptions, and the Casa Mama name and tagline — is the property of Casa Mama or its licensors and is

protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may view and share Site content
